I don't like: Morning runs when the city’s still waking up, strength training that makes my muscles burn, yoga that gives me balance and flexibility—all of this turns my body into my most trusted tool. Yet there’s one sport that unexpectedly captured me completely: golf. Yes, it’s the total opposite of dancing! But that’s the beauty of it. For me, golf is meditation and challenge in one.
